Raw wildflower honey from the same highlands where the harvest is gathered, slowly infused with whole cordyceps pieces from Lot 26-A. The honey draws out the earthy, savory notes of the fruiting bodies over weeks โ never heated, never filtered fine โ until each jar carries both flavors as one.
A spoonful straight from the jar, stirred into warm (not boiling) water, or drizzled over yogurt and morning oats. The pieces remain inside as the honey is used; when you reach the bottom, eat them โ that is where the deepest character lives. Keep cool and out of direct sun. Natural crystallization over time is a sign of a raw, unheated honey; warm the jar gently in water to return it to liquid.
